Welcome to Casto Creations! My art is about a specific moment in time, from a family portrait capturing an age before it passes, to a shot of a dancer during a performance. Everyday moments are beautiful to me. Even my pieces without a central figure, are moments of intrigue; afternoon light shining through a window, or a quiet day in the garden.
Beauty is everywhere and I like to focus a spotlight on the everyday to show just that. Ordinary experiences can become extraordinary when I stop and look.

COMMISSIONS
I work from a picture reference, especially when drawing children, because of the amount of time it takes to get a realistic portrait. If you have a picture that you love, but it just isn't formal enough to hang on the wall, I can help! Find out more about commissions here.
